Problem with my realplayer !!!!

Hi guys ,

I download a movie file in realmedia VBR format. I view the file with real player basic which i download from real.com.
At first the real player say i need to update my real player to watch the file ...so i update it . But after update still cant view the file ...anyone have any idea wats going on ? thanks i am using xp
 
The movie might be not be a realmedia file, even if it's supposed to be. Try redownloading.

Can you hear the file? Or will it not play at all, prompting an error message?
