Problem with my P180 PLEASE HELP

Is this the side covers? If so, have you tried using the mobo side cover flipped upside down (if that even works). First, check to see if there is a cable or wire at the bottom of the case that is causing the side panel to not close perfectly.
 
Yes there were screws there... this is the top of the case btw (the part that doesnt close) ... i put in mobo and everything and now i put it on.... 🙁
 
check to see if the case side is warped. Lay it on a flat table top or something. If it is warped or bent slightly, it could do that.
 
Looks to me like the tabs on the inside of the side panel are not fully secured into the case. I'd take the panel off...set it in place (about 1/2" away from fully shut) and as you slide it forward towards the front of the case, use both hands and gently push inward making sure the tabs seat properly. Happens to me...its the flexible side panels that make the tabs not grab the case. Did that make any sense? lol Hope so 🙂
 
well i mean it falls "into place" as i slide it forward (and the tabs slide into the holes in the case) but it just isn't symmetrical
