Problem with my new video card

Hi!
I just bought a Creative Geforce 2 GTS 32mb DDR. I installed the Nvidia drivers everything in windows worked fine, but when i launched games it always crashed when it started to render something. I tried a lot of things and then formatted, installed Win98SE, sound drivers, video drivers, DirectX and then Via 4.29. Same Thing! Every single 3d game make the computer stalls completly as soon as it starts to render. I tried with OpenGL and Direct3D games. Can somebody help me out? That would be appreciated!

AMD Thunderbird 900mhz
256mb Generic PC133 RAM
ABIT KT7 Board
Creative GeForce 2 GTS 32mb DDR
Sound Blaster Live Value
Windows 98 SE

You can try different drivers (detonator 7.xx, 10.xx, 11.xx?) and maybe take out the Live and see if that's conflicting with your video card.

do you have a conflict with the sound card? maybe sharing IRQ's?
