problem with MSI K7N2-L

when i turn my system on, the four lights on the d-bracket keep blinking at the same time. unfortunately, the maunual doesn't mention what the problem is when all four lights are blinking at the same time. i don't get any connection with the monitor, so can't even access bios. does anyone know what the problem is?

i'm running on:
amd 2500+
kingston pc2700 2x256mb
wd 120gb 7200rpm and 40 gb 7200rpm
geforce4 ti4200 128mb
case: atech flash aft6551 w/ 330w psu

Recheck all connections(jumpers, cables, etc). Install only the bare minimum of components(RAM, floppy, video). Goodluck

If all fails, try booting with the 100mhz jumper (hardware jumper on the board).
