Problem with Monitor Controls for CRT Samtron 56V

I have SAMTRON 56 V CRT monitor purchased about two 'n half years ago. during this monsoon, the controls for the screen setting and adjustment appears permenently on my screen. It appears when i start my system. It goes after 15-20 minutes and reappear permenently after about hour 'n half. sometimes it shows the altrenative message of

CONTROL LOCK
LOCKED

and

CONTROL LOCK
UNLOCKED

is there any solution to ride off this problem?
I'm leaving in Heavy monsoon area, is it may be kz of Moisture???
How to remove that???
