Problem with Maxi Gamer 3D Prophet

My friend have Guillemot Maxi Gamer 3D Prophet.
There's a problem on it.
There's a black line in the middle of the monitor.
it's a quite a few line.

What's the problem?

How long the warranty from Guillemot?

It's, obviously, RMA time... check out the company website for the length of the warrenty.

uhm..that sounds like a montiro issue, not a video card one..make sure.
then, if need be, send the video card or monitor back - but i suspect monitor.

It's definitely the Video Card.

Since I have 3D prophet and try to the monitor, and there's no black line on the monitor.

I still rememeber that I have to pay around $200 for this video card.
