Problem with Logitech Z-560s

My Logitech Z-560s seem to be louder on the left than the right. At low volumes the right speakers have no sound emitted or sometimes just static. Please respond with possible reasons why and solutions. Thanks.🙁
 
Have you checked to make sure that the balance is set to the middle and not favoring the left side? THe balance can be changed through your program settings or sound card settigns.
 
Have you tried another set of speakers or some headphones to see if they have to same issue?
