Problem with logitech Mouseman optical cordless

when I use the scrollwheel on my mouse, the page sometimes doesn't go up or down.
Then when I move the wheel up or down, the page goes the opposite direction that I wanted.
This happens rather frequently.
What's the cause of this and how can this be resolved?

I think that is a problem with my Logitech Optical Mouseman. Sometimes, the page would give a "scrollback" and then start scrolling down or up.

With me it's not sometime but very often.
If I goes on, I'll return my mouse and get another one
