Problem with loggin in to Winxp Home OEM

Anyone have problem like this:

installed Winxp Home with a Dell reinstall CD on a home built computer.
used CD key provided by Dell.
didn't enter any password for the username.
but when trying to log on to window, it asks for password.
thus can't login at all.
