Hello everyone, I am havng a slight problem here...Well here it goes...
I have a Geforce by LeadTek..And it has been runnign just great with my AMD k6-400, now I took it out of my computer last night. I installed it on my cousins AND Athlon TB 800 MHZ, i uninstalled his Matrox he has in there, when I put mine in...it booted fine, I installed the drivers and all. The reboot was a disaster, it booted up crashing windows...then after all this, the card didnt wanna boot anymore, all it did was three beeps, the screen stayed black...He is running AMD athlon TB, on a Asus A7 MB ,windows 98, 128 meg ram, 30 gig IBM UATA 100 hdd, some junk 32 bit sound card..and I had my ViewSonic G810 running on it...Now that video card is doing the same thing on all my computers, its giving boot problems...beeping three times and the computer boots up without giving me display (i assumed that cause it made the normal sounds after the three beeps on all computers) None of my computers is recieving display from my video card, is there something I can do about this or is my video card just another candidate for the trash can? Please give me insights...Thank you friends...
