Problem with LCD monitor!!

My LCD monitor (ViewSonic VA710) keeps going blank... then showing a small blue box displaying analog for 2-3 seconds before coming back on. it's pretty irritating. Can somebody tell me how to solve this? I'm using a Leadtek 6600GT.

It usually happens when
- During reboot, usually once during the windows xp blue loading bar screen
- Just after windows and all my programs load finish right after i reboot or on my computer
- Right click on some stuff
- Right click on files
- Right click on the nVidia taskbar icon.
- Randomly...

The right clicks and the random ones are the most irritating cause they off the monitor for at least 2-3 seconds and the blue analog thing right smack in the middle of the screen ususally blocks what I'm doing. the other two I don't quite mind.
 
I have just update my drivers to the latest nVidia WHQL Certified drivers and the problem is still there..

I have change the screen refresh rate from 60Hz to 75Hz and still no difference, tried different resolutions, also same results.

I don't think it's my cable problems cause my girlfriend has the exact same setup as me, (LCD, graphics card and all) and she has the same problem as well..
