Problem with Laptop

I recentley bought A brand new r51e thinkpad notebook. I turned it on, and I got the windows updtaes off the internet. After Downloading zone alarm, and spybot, I rebooted. Right then the "Limited or NO conectivity sign popped up" The computer is linked to my SMC router, which Im using right now on this comp.

How should I go about to fix this?

P.S.- I already tried rebooting router, laptop, and release and renewing Ip. didnt work

Edit-Forget it, I got it to work by disabling Norton. That piece of Junk
