Ok, I know NOTHING about networks and how to set them up or fix their problems. We recently bought one of these and I can't get it to work with his laptop. In the house we have 2 PC desktops, his PC laptop, and my Powerbook. All of them can access the internet from the router except for his laptop.
It actually was working for a minute but then he messed it up when trying to access the printer we had shared on one of our desktops. Now it says that it has great signal strength, but when he tries to access the internet it doesn't work. I have no clue how to fix it other than a good format/reinstall, but I would rather it not come down to that. Any suggestions?
