Problem With keyboard! HELP plz

OK. I just got a new mobo cpu and gpu. I hook up the keyboard, and the keyboard works UNTIL it gets to windows, then bam. It doesnt work. I have tried multiple keyboards, both usb and ps/2. I have also tried two different copies of windows. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks

P.S. whenever it does get into windows, i can uninstall the keyboard, then reinstall it, and it works until i turn the pc off. Whats wrong!?
 
ok..that is fixed (kind of). Heres the problem now. Windows will boot sometimes, and somtimes it wont boot, i have tried two versions of windows, one i had, and i got a free trial of the 64-bit edition. both do this. They load, then just sit on a black screen. sometimes they actually come up sometimes not. Im thinking it may be a hd problem. but heres why i think it may also be the motherboard: when in windows, it wont detect my sound card. what do you guys thing?
