Problem with Keyboad

I purchased this keyboard today and if I use a key it will shut off on me.

IE. If i press CTRL to activate my push to talk on a program it will cut me off. Sometime after 30 sec sometime 1 sec.

If I am playing a game it will also shut off if I use the W key to move forward.

Is there anything that I can do to stop it from doing this?

Did you install the software that came with it (assuming there was some)? If so, it might be set that the keys pressed are setting off pre-set commands. If you installed software, you will want to go into the program it installed and edit any commands it has set. Or you could outright uninstall the software and just use the keyboard as a basic keyboard w/o any bells or whistles.
