problem with kazza lite...

i got the message when trying to install the newest version.....v202_edition_build5

The instruction at "0x100005" referenced memory at "0x00001". The moemory could not be "written".


has anyone gotten this before? (2.0.0 worked ..).

Did you read the instructions on replacing the original .exe file?

im pretty sure the upgrade is for the real kazaa only not lite so thats probably why it didnt work. try downloading the full kazaa lite 2.02

Download the real Kazza and you may get all the problems that you are avoiding using the lite version

it dosent work with kazaa lite because the "lite" version is hacked to not have adds and stuff

Just follow the install instructions like it says to.

I just installed it and it works just fine.

ok.... I'm not sure what you guys were suggesting, but I just tried end tasking all the processes that I could kill and tried installing again.... works fine now.

probably some program that demands the same chunks of memory..... or something like that..

I get that error sometimes with files I download through Kazaa... probably a bad file you downloaded or something
