Problem with ISDN card

I'm having troubles moving my ISDN-card from one pc to the other.

The old one's running on Win98, while the new one runs on WinXP.

Ther card is a Dynalink TAS-103 card. I've downloaded drivers for Dynalink ISDN-cards that is supposed to be compatible with XP (3.71d), but still it won't work properly.

What's weird is that it works for a while after being removed from the old pc to the new one, but after a while I can't connect to the Internet.
Any ideas on what do to about this? I've tried tweaking on just about every setting possible to make it work, but no success....

Perhaps the card itself isn't compatible with XP as it's a pretty old one (2-3 years)
