Problem with Intel 845WV

Okay, I have a Intel 845WV Motherboard, with a 20 Gig Seagate HD, 256MB PC133, ATI Rage 128 Pro and 1.6 P4. It was working, someone was messing with it. When you turn it on it will give out 3 beeps, I know this means something. Anyone know what it is?
 
*Edit* Its a D845WN...Oh, if there are any mods move this to the Motherboard section I wasnt thinking!
