Problem with IE in windows XP

hi, for some reason when I click here (check pic)

nothing happens, I dunno whats up, this only happens on XP
anyone know whats going on?

Delete Temporary Internet Files and restart IE, if that doesnt work delete this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer
and logoff/logon, this will delete all your IE settings (not your favorites or links) and that should take care of the problem.
