Problem with ICS in WIn2k

I have AMeritech DSL connection. I am using Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) on my win2k prof machine for my LAN. But the clients are not able to attach files to their emails, open some specific sites(like bankone.com) and also problems with ftp.
Any clue what it could be???
