Problem with ICQ...

i have back up my icq 2000b's database into my CD-RW disc...
and after i format my pc...i restore it to the icq folder as usual...
but this time it doest work...when i try to run icq with the old database
it says my database is locked or something...
could this be an error that could've occur while i burn it to the cd-rw ?
or my database files are corrupted ?
please help...
 
Navigate to the db file in Explorer, right-click>Properties. Uncheck "Read-Only"
