i usually play Wow and SC2, i play WoW on resolution 1680x1050 all setting on Ultimate and everything is working FINE getting 60FPS no problem runs smoothly

PROBLEM is on windwosdesktop, i'm having problem with the button in the windows like the minimze button sometimes "disappear" and the buttons near the clock on the bottom right when i right click on them and scroll throw the menu they pop up, i see blck stips on the list insted the text,

This doesn't sound like a video card problem - sounds like it might be a problem with your Windows7 installation. Is the taskbar always fully in view? It sounds like it is (and it just gets "corrupted"). I ask because the resolution scaling could be off, meaning the taskbar is off the screen. Do you ever get full screen corruption, like dots or lines all the way across the screen, or the same blacked out text in windows? If not, it's almost definitely a Windows issue, rather than a video card issue.

Other ideas from the forum?

No that sounds like a video driver "problem". I get similar stuff sometimes. Switch user and log back in, or CTRL+alt+Delete and press escape and see if that fixes it.

it seems to be just on the place i go with the mouse, or the right top buttons of some windows, i taught it wasa driver/windows problem and i see u guys agree

i will check it out again once i get my legal windows and do a fresh install of the comp :)

I don't trust "borrowed" versions of Windows. People have nothing but problems with them. I'd honestly just wait it out until you get your copy of Ultimate in, and do a fresh install if possible. Then, download the latest drivers off AMD's website.

I hope you didn't use any personal information in this "borrowed" copy of windows...never know...
