Problem with GTS 2 overclocking

I'm having a weird problem. Everytime I when my computer restarts, and I get to the step when NVdia drivers tries to apply new core/mem clock speeds my screen goes blank with white lines. Now, I'm trying to disable overclocking, however, I can't get to NV drivers properties from the safe mode since the drivers aren't loaded. Any other way to fix that problem from the safe mode? I tried regedit, and even deleted the whole NVTweak section, but that didn't do anything.
