problem with graphx card

ok, I got a Mad Dog Nvidia Geforce FX5200 8x/4x AGP card and when i installed it into my 4x AGP slot on my Asus P42533 motherboard, windows won't even load. If you guys have any idea what the problem might be, it'll be appreciated, thank you.

I had this issue with an FX 5900. There were diagonal lines across the boot screen and Windows would not boot. I RMA'ed the card.

i didnt have diagnal lines across the boot screen, everything is perfect until windows is supposed to load...and it doest load.....and what does RMA'ing the card mean

Did you get something else? Cause I really want to upgrade from my TNT2. I'm looking for something with 128 MBs.
