Problem with Graphic GTX 1070

Hello, I have recently assembled my new PC for gaming and I have problems with performance. I mean many games just do not perform in my opinion as they should on that kind of PC. I put setup below:

i5-6600k 3,5GHz
MSI GTX 1070 GAMING X 8GB
Kingston HyperX Fury 2400MHz DDR4 2x8GB
MSI Z170A Tomahawk
SilentiumPC Supremo 550W 80+ GOLD
SSD Kingston HyperX Fury 240GB
HDD WesternDigital Blue 1TB

Previously I had problems with GTA V which was totally lagged while I installed that on HDD so I sent the HDD back and they found some kind of problem with that drive but now there is same issue using SSD. I run Modern Warfare Remastered Today on MAX settings and I literally got 20 FPS sometimes 10. For instance Battlefield 1 on maxed settings is completely fine I have got at least 80-120 FPS. Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, 2 years old game has some drops to 30 FPS also even below. I would like to sort out that because I feel kind of uncomfortable with that and even 1060 GTX doesn't have such a problems in others configs.

It may sound crazy, but try slightly older drivers. Also try running the settings that Geforce Experience recommends.

Shouldn't matter what settings you're at for a GTX1070 @ 1080p. That card should smoke those games with a skylake. I'd start delving into your Windows install, see what's up. If you have 13 'antimalware' programs, a few 'registry cleaners' or 'optimizers' or whatever, shut all that shit off. If you turn off your computer at night (so it never does prefetching, indexing, or patching), knock that shit off too. Then figure out what's grinding a) your disk, and b) your processor, cuz something's getting knocked around a bit.

There definitely a problem my i5 2500k overclocked and GTX 1070 smoke games like even BF1 now! Multiplayer 80 to 100 fps in BF1 on all Ultra settings.

Not sure what OS your running. You did make sure you installed ALL the latest drivers for the rig....Not just graphic drivers. MB drivers, etc can play a role in performance.

What resolution does your monitor run?

Have you run any utility to see what your cpu and gpu is doing while trying to game? Maybe cpu is throttled down too low? Check the power setting in windows control panel....Maybe it's on power saving mode?
