Problem with Google and Win98SE

Starying a couple of days ago, I can't access google.com. I have two computers w/router and dsl. One computer is fine, the other won't access google. I have google as my home page, but even if I change it to something else, I still can't access google. This is happening with both Netscape 7.0.2 and IE 6.0.28

All I get is "waiting for reply". No other internet problems.

Fixed, well almost. Fixed IE but not netscape.
