Problem with gigabyte ga6bxc

I just got the mobo from bummer and I put it in my comp along with my 20 gig maxtor w/ win2k on it and my voodoo3 2000. Everything boots up fine except it doesn't detect my mouse and my floppy doesn't work. I go into system devices and there are 3 yellow exclamation marks. One is by floppy device controller and the other two are by com4. Both says that the device cannot be started. Did I just get a bad mobo or is something else wrong? Thanks for the help.

Make sure your Mouse is plugged into the right port, make sure it WORKS (ie test it on another computer)

As for your floppy, the cables may be not plugged in all the way or reversed. Try pushing the cables in to make sure they're secure, try flipping the IDE cable around and then try the floppy in another computer to make sure it works.

Mouse definatly works and the floppy also definatly works. Tried both on another computer. Tried flipping the cable on the floppy too...
