Hi,
I have GA-X79 UPS rev1.0 with e5-2660 v2.
When i press On button on my motherboard,The System on just for three second then off and after automatically on for three second then off and ... .
My power is good and 1200W.
What i do? 🙁

clear the CMOS;
it differs from mobo to mobo, but you will generally have two pins next to the battery, use any metal object to short them for 5-10 seconds.

do it and report back

Is that a brand new build? If clear the BIOS doesn't work, I would say it's a bad mobo. I've had mobo doing that to me before and it was the problem with the mosfets or the power distribution caps.

looks to me like you have a faulty motherboard;

if you can, try to return it for a new one. it's obviously failing the POST test, that's why it keeps rebooting.
(we get that occasionally with excessive overclocking, but since you have cleared the cmos, and it's still doing something similar, it's probably faulty)

Make sure CPU, RAM and graphic card are properly installed, and all cables connected to the board. If all is OK, return the board.

Yes and no. On the Gigabyte page, you CPU is not listed. I do find it odd that it does not.

Suggestion: email Gigabyte about this. They may have a beta bios for you to try. Do you have another CPU that it WILL boot with?
