Problem with FX5900 ULTRA . . .

HEY,
well i just bought the MSI Geforce FX5900 i cant get to run in 8X APG. In the bios it said 8x apg is enabled but when i go to check the setting in windows it said it is in pci mode?? I do have the power cable pluged in and i think the drivers are in installed correctally. I have no idea what the the problem could be or what i have done to screw it up. 😕

ILL TAKE ALL THE HELP I CAN GET ! ! !
