Problem with flags

I'm sorting my mails by FLAG, the ones I sorted on the local computer sort correctly and show up top. The ones I flagged at work, however, only have a 'small' red flag... as seen here

Is there a way messages flagged at two locales can be sorted properly by flags?

The large flag icons look like Quick Flags while the small flag icons look like regular flags. To turn Quick Flags on/off in Outlook Inbox: View - Arrange by - Custom - Other Settings - Show Quick Flag Column.

Dunno if this affects the sort order.

THANK YOU nineball9!! That's exactly it, I went and turned off the Quick Flags column and it automatically put in a small flag column similar to Outlook Express. Sort it by that and it now sorts correctly! :beer:
