I seem to have some problems with my file system on most of my drives. I ran Seagate's diagnostic tools and it informed me of critical file structure errors, which prompted me to run chkdsk /f on all my drives, but this didn't fix the problem since the next time I booted up and ran chkdsk again I'd get the same errors. I also tried chkdsk /r from the recovery console and while it claimed to fix 1 or more problems, I'm still getting the same errors. Strangely, when I use disk checking GUI, it doesn't report any problem.
Any ideas?
