Problem with Explorer Downloading

I accidentally unchecked the "Always ask before opening file type" check box, and now I can't choose where I want my downloads to be saved. How do I recover this option? I recall you go into folder options and then I am not sure where it is. Thanks to all those who help.
 
easiest way... fine a file of the same extension that is very large... that way you have more than 1sec to see the window.. then check it 🙂


if you cant find a file like if its a .txt or something... email yourself on a webmail account a 1mb .exe and rename it to .txt and itll take a while to download
