problem with efficient 5660 router and mirc

I have an efficient networks 5660 router and I can't connect to mirc. I know that mirc uses tcp port 113, but I have already opened it and I still can't connect. Is there anything else I can do? Here is what happens:

hmm, I thought the default irc server part was port:6667. This may vary between servers.
I think that all windows machines are listening on port:113.

ident 113/tcp
auth 113/tcp Authentication Service
auth 113/udp Authentication Service

You try to connect to the system's authentication service when
you are verifying who they are.
See RFCs 931 and 1413 for more info on authentication.

I read something about those RFCs and opened tcp port 6667 (the default for mirc), but the same thing still happens.
