problem with ECS K7VTA3? -help

First off, my rig:

ECS K7VTA3 VIA KT266A
Athlon XP 1600+
LeadTek GeForce 2 MX-400
128MB Cruicial pc2100 DDR
20 GB 5,400 Western Digital HD

The problem seems to be a memory problem, but im not sure. I only have 128MB of ddr ram, which should be enough. There seems to be a latency issue however. The first example is when im playing Counter-Strike. Sometimes there is a millisecond where it lags. Also, when i am exiting the game via console (by typing exit/quit) it takes up to 5-7 seconds to get back to desktop, instead of the 1 or 2 it took on my old p3 800. The second thing that is troubling me is the 64MB Texture Rendering Speed benchmark in 3dmark 2k. Everything else runs fine except for that where i get a mere .2 fps! I know that is not right. Here is a link to a screen shot of it: http://www.bhclan.org/images/wtf.jpg If anyone has any insight on fixing this problem, i would really appreciate the help.

First of all set your Graphics Aperture to more than 64 MBytes to allow the graphics card to borrow more system memory for textures that large. That'll solve the performance issues ... but not if the textures don't even fit into your system RAM.

Then, some AGP graphics cards are indeed quite slow in switching video modes. Don't worry.
