Problem with ebay auction

I ran an ebay auction which ended on last sunday and the buyer hasn't sent his payment to me yet. He also hasn't responded to any of my emails to him. I have sent him an invoice and also a payment reminder.

Is there anything else that I can do? Can I just offer my item to the second highest bidder? I don't want to wait that long for the winner bidder because I feel like he is just not going to pay up.

Well, if you didn't have a specific time that payment must be submitted by, then I think ebay requires like, 2 weeks of non-response or something like that until you can file a Non-Paying Bidder complaint.

File the complaint, re-list the item and see if there is some way to restrict him from bidding.

Although it's against ebay rules, you can contact the second highest bidder and see if they still want to pay whatever they bid on it.

People need to spend a little more time researching the tools that eBay gives you:

First off, after 7 days

File NPB (non-paying bidder) and get final value credit

then

Block bidder from bidding on your future auctions

then

Offer the item to the second highest bidder using Second Chance

and if all else fails, relist.
