problem with DVD player

I've got an LG DVD player(DV8621P)
unfortunately, I've activated the "progressive scan" option, and now,
I cannot see a thing - I can only hear the audio. I guess my TV doesn't support it.
The funny thing is that I can't turn it off because I can't see the menu.

Please help...
