Problem with dial up network/IE related

I am running a dial up connection, and have my laptop linked to my wireless router using an a/b card. I can share everything between the computers fine, but I cannot get onto the web with the laptop. Does anyone know what setting I have messed up, or where to start looking? When I first hooked it up, it workes great, now something has changed. I can't figure out what. I am running XP on both.
