problem with dfi nf4 ultra

i have problem overclocking my a64 3000+ with 1/1 ratio
i'm using ocz pc3200 platinum...i tested these in an epox board which came out to be stable up to at least 280htt with 1/1 ratio
but on the dfi...i have to use divider inorder to make it stable
please help!!

Incidentally what timings/volts are you running. RAM overclocking is a tricky enterprise, and RAM rarely performs the same from one motherboard to the next (beyond stock).
