Problem with DFI LP UT SLI-DR Expert

I just put together my new computer last night and I had windows installed and I was installing drivers, my computer crashed and gave me a long beep (Dram problem) so I took out the ram and put it back in. Now it goes past the DFI logo, does the check and then looks like its gonna load Windows but just goes to a blackish screen. I tried putting the ram in Slot 2 but no luck. I tried reformating but it wont boot off cd. What could the problem be?
