Problem With DFI LanParty UT NF4 Motherboard

New to DFI.

Just pick up a LanPart UT NF4 939 motherboard.

When I power it on it gives me continuous long beeps.

BEEEP BEEEP BEEEP (They go on forever)

Running:

Opteron 144
Corsair XMS RAM
 
Make sure all the power plugs are in. That board tends to be picky about it. I got the same thing once when I forgot to plug the molex and floppy connectors in.
 
That can't be a new board - used? that could be your problem. Whenevr memory is swapped expect this if the timings were not changed from the previous settings
