Problem With Dell blades

When I go into the management console, I don't see the service tag of a few blades. It is in the BIOS & if I move the server (poweredge 1855) to another slot the same thing occurrs. They are w2k3 standard machines. Doesn't matter if SP-1 is loaded or not. Any ideas. I have used Dell's management utility to delete and create a new service tag, but it didn't change the issue.
 
I did & they're looking in to it. But it's been a few days & I figured I'd throw it out there in case someone has seen it before
