Problem With ctSpd or Problem With Memory??

Bought new memory, ran ctSpd.

ctSpd says Spd address 127 = f5 = ERROR!
(not consistent with Intel specs & may not work in some intel boards)

BUT I saw a couple of threads that implied the problem might be ctSpd
(hard to be sure, I don't speak german and Babelfish doesn't speak it too well :) )

Anyone have any knowledge on this? Is there another program I can use to read the Spd EEPROM to cross-check?

I don't want to go through the hassle of RMA'ing the memory needlessly but I don't want to end up with a problem next time I switch mobo's either.

Note: These are 256Mb PC133 Cas3 OEM Micron SDRAMs made by Xerox. They seems to work OK on my Pro2A in auto mode but I don't want to have problems in the future if I use another motherboard.

Here are my ctSpd results:
