Problem with Ctrl+Alt+Del

On Windows xp, when ever you press Ctrl+Alt+Del and it brings up that windows with system tasks, there is normally tabs at the top. Well mine are gone now. They some how magically disappeared. And i would love to have them back. So any ideas?

Do not feel stupid. It happened to me a couple of months ago, and I was on the verge of reinstalling XP before I found the answer.

Why there is a "Tiny Footprint Mode" to begin with, I have no farking clue.
