problem with creating new login in XP

first I had only one account(named Administrator), which is then is admin by default
I wanted add new account
when I went to create new login account, it didn't gave me any option to choose "admin" or "limited"
radio button on "limited" was grayed out, I could only create admin account
it must've thought that I did not have admin account, now that I have two admins, "limited" is no longer grayed out when I create accounts
this is fine except now I have one extra completely usless admin account that shows up on login screen, worst, I can't even delete it because it's admin account....

 
after cold boot, original administrator login has disappeared...
files saved on desktop, favorites can be moved but what am I going to do about emails on outlook express...
