I dont see a problem with it?

Turboboost depends on how many threads are used. Or did you do trubomode overclocking in BIOS?

No load its supposed to idle at 1.6Ghz.

as u see on pici upload it all i want i can i get cpu all time 3.1 what i disable frome bios to get that step i disable alot of option like c1e + intel adaptive thermal monitor+enhanced intel speedstep i disabel them all and still at stok 1.59 not 3.1

Your picture shows 3.3Ghz. And disabling all the powersaving features is pointless.

that cuz i was play crysis then he bost to 3.3 as u see all i ask it ther is way to be all time 3.1 or 3.3 with turbo cuz my frined have MB asus GEN3 z68 and cpu 2310 and oc all time to 3.5

2310 only max turbos to 3.2Ghz. So I guess he upped the BLCK clock.

If your motherboard supports turboboost overclocking and BLCK clock you can too.

But you dont have any problems. Everything right now runs as it should. 1.6Ghz idle. And between 3.1 and 3.4Ghz on load.
