Problem with computer screen (strange lines and some flickering)

Hello.
As you can see in these videos;

This is one of the problems.
As you can see there is strange lines coming;

Also this occurs (mostly when i have other windows 7 themes then the original one);

As you can see the text is flickering a lot at some times.


I have tried the monitor in different computers and with different graphic cards.

Picture link is flagged as malicious on this work pc. Videos blocked. Have you tried replacing the DVI cable? (Start with the least expensive part and hope for the best)!
