Problem With CCC

I've tried everything I can think of to fix this problem. I've tried several versions of the .NET framework as well as CCC. I've also removed the Kerio firewall (replaced it with Comodo), which wouldn't allow BF2 to run. Every time I try to start CCC, the task manager shows one instance CLI.exe start, then another. A few seconds later both close and nothing else happens.

This has really got me considering ditching ATI next time I upgrade.

lol, "I have the exact same problem" bump

Welcome to the club! A lot of people have the same problem and I am one of them. I tried everything I could think of and nothing solved it. The only thing I haven't tried is a fresh WinXP install; a lot of work and it might not solve anything. It seems that nobody has the answer to this problem. I'm still using Catalyst 5.12 so I can use the old control panel which I like. I know that I can use a newer driver and ATI Tray Tools but I don't like that as a solution. There must be something common to all of the machines with this problem. I would like it if ATI would make available, a generic Contol Panel for those of us who can't get the CCC to work.

One of the more useful threads that I've found regarding this problem is HERE. If you haven't already seen this thread, maybe something there will help you.

If I get the urge to install CCC again, I'll try the suggested fixes.
