problem with card loading up in x1mode

my graphics card only seems to boot up in x1 mode even though PCI-Express is enabled in the start up menu ive contacted dell their only solution is reseating the card which has been a temporary fix before but now fials to work


does any1 smarter than Dell tech support have any ideas?
 
after trying to fix this with dell for an hour the dell rep disconnected herself

boy i sure am glad my parents ****** me over with this crapjob service
