Problem with camry 2000 GL

When I start driving my Camry 2000 GL, it won't pick speed for some time, especially when I do increase more gas where car starts cutting more often and I don’t feel the automatic gear changes. However if I kept pressing little gas and take off my feet from gas, car starts picking speed slowly till reach 60m or more then it drivs smoothly.

I have change the Air inlet and air filter, as well the transmission oil and filter but no change,
