As said above, when I open Outlook Express, it just sits there showing "connecting" for about a minute and a half before the connection is made. This problem started two weeks ago when I renewed my annual subscription and updated CA to the latest version. If I turn off "Email monitoring" in CA it connects/downloads mail instantly. I have posed this question to CA tech support, but have not received an answer.
